Castle Cable TV, a subsidiary company of Citizens Telephone Company of Hammond, NY, is proud to offer its customers a local choice for advanced broadband Phone, Internet, Cable Services and Security Systems.  Castle Cable was acquired by Citizens Telephone Company in 2000.  Citizens Telephone Company traces its North Country roots to over 100 years and has received numerous commendations for its excellent customer service.  These same services are now being offered to Castle Cable Customers.  Castle Cable prides itself on providing personalized 24 hour service with no exuberant charges or hidden fees. Castle Cable was awarded a funding package in September of 2010 by the United States Agricultural Department of $7.2 million to provide advanced broadband services to Alexandria Bay and the surrounding area.  The funding that Castle Cable received has provided Castle with the opportunity to expand its service territory from Alexandria Bay to the southwest of the Town of Morristown along the St. Lawrence River.
